Step off the front porch and head into the stunning open floor plan kitchen and living space. The living area features a gorgeous original decorative fireplace, exposed beams, comfortable group seating and a large 60” flat screen TV preloaded with the most popular streaming apps. The beautiful kitchen comes fully equipped and centers around an expansive island that seats four.
The home’s three ensuite bedrooms are all bright, chic and comfortably appointed. The front bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, Smart TV, workspace, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in tiled shower. The two bedrooms in the back of the home both offer king-sized beds, a Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home’s three ensuite second floor bedrooms are all bright, chic and comfortably appointed. The front bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, Smart TV, workspace, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in tiled shower. The two bedrooms in the back of the second floor both offer king-sized beds, a Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. A second cozy living room with a pullout sofa and Smart TV offers access to the piazza.
Upstairs, the loft space features two queen sized beds and a Smart TV. A private bedroom adjacent to the open loft includes a king-sized bed and Smart TV. The shared third floor bathroom features a vast walk-in shower, stunning black and white tiled floor, and a pedestal sink.
Outside, the second-floor piazza is perfect for enjoying a coffee or cocktail, while the private backyard features two large dining tables that each seat 8 people – perfect for entertaining large groups on a nice day.
There are 4 total parking spaces included with the home, located in the driveway and in a lot around the corner.
